Release of Liability: By participating in the parade, you agree to release and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the parade.
No refunds or exchanges.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold our company, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the parade.
Insurance: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for your participation in the parade. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may occur during your participation in the parade.
Modification: Our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the parade at any time without liability to you or any third-party.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your participation in the parade.
You will not be allowed to enter the band without your Barefoot wristband. Once collected and signed for, it is your responsibility to keep your wristband secured until t-shirt mas.
Drinks will only be served on the Barefoot bottle/tumbler.
